Yes, Velocity is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. However, we operate as a sales infrastructure for national homebuilders. Our agents act as extensions of your sales floor, aimed at saving contracts from falling apart and driving the new home sale conversion.
We operate as transaction brokers under Florida law. We represent the integrity of the transaction itself, which lets us work collaboratively with your team, the buyer, and every other party to get the deal closed.
No. There are no fees, retainers, or contracts to sign. We earn the standard buyer-side commission your division already budgets on the new home sale. That commission funds everything our programs do, including selling the buyer’s current home at no additional cost to them. The listings we take on generate new buyers for our pipeline, which is why the model works without charging you or your buyers anything extra. All we ask is that when your team meets a buyer who is stuck, they send that buyer to us first.
